Emma Lapinsky

Emma Lapinsky is an experienced business development professional currently serving as a Business Development Associate at IEQ Capital since July 2024. Previously, Emma worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from August 2023 to July 2024, and contributed to the Africa End Sexual Harassment Initiative as an Organizing Team Member from September 2022 to July 2023. Emma's academic background includes a degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, where Emma also held various positions such as Director of Administration and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality and Anti-Discrimination Law.
