Sally Hayes

Prior to joining BGS, Ms. Hayes worked as a Research Associate at Business Executives for National Security (BENS). There, she supported the planning and execution of engagements with federal government partners. Also at BENS, she staffed a working group focused on assessing government roles in national emergency response, the findings of which were reported to Congress and the Executive Branch by the Commission on the National Response Enterprise (CNRE).

Previously, Ms. Hayes worked as a Research Intern at the Brookings Institution, where she analyzed fragile states and trends in conflict emergence. She has also interned with a trade association and on Capitol Hill with Rep. Seth Moulton (D-MA).

Ms. Hayes graduated from Georgetown University, summa cum laude, with a B.A. in Government and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
