Frank Mason is a Managing Director at IEQ Capital, where he advises ultra-high-net-worth families and individuals, delivering bespoke, comprehensive wealth management strategies.
Prior to joining IEQ, Mr. Mason was an Executive Director and Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. In this role, he counseled founders, executives, and family offices on wealth structuring and investment strategy. He also advised endowments and foundations, helping them align their portfolios with long-term institutional objectives. Previously, he held the titles of Vice President and Private Wealth Advisor at Goldman Sachs. There, he collaborated closely with the firm’s Family Office and Investment Banking divisions to focus on cultivating a holistic advisory experience for his clients. Earlier in his career, Frank held investment, policy, and corporate development roles at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, The Advisory Board Company, and Goldman Sachs’s Distressed Corporate Bond and Equity Research desks.
Active in the community, Mr. Mason sits on multiple boards including the National Board of Room to Grow, a nonprofit dedicated to ensuring children born in under-resourced communities have the support and resources needed to thrive in the critical early years of life.
Mr. Mason holds his Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University where he was a two-time captain of the men’s basketball team and Academic All-American. He received his Master of Divinity from The King’s University and remains actively engaged in service initiatives in New York City.
Mr. Mason resides outside of New York City with his wife and their three sons and daughter.
