Kim Conley

Kim Conley, MBA, serves as the Chief of Staff and Director of the Executive Support Team at IEQ Capital since May 2024, also holding the role of Interim Director of the Business Development Team. Previously, Kim worked at Insight Wealth Strategies from December 2017 to February 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the Client Services team, managing HR functions across two states, and handling head finance duties. Kim also held the Vice President position at PFC and engaged with DealDash as the Head of People, enhancing employee experiences and managing international operations. With a strong educational background, including an MBA with Honors from Aalto University, Kim's expertise spans client services, human resources, finance, and office operations.
