Heaven Rutan

Heaven Rutan has extensive experience in the fields of rubber molding and processing technology, currently serving as a Milling Supervisor and Lab Technician at IER Fujikura, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Heaven held the position of Milling, Grinding, Bonding, and Injection Supervisor at IER Fujikura from January 2016 to May 2023, overseeing a variety of duties related to milling, grinding, and bonding of parts. Additionally, Heaven worked as an Engineering Process Technician and Rubber/Silicone Injection Manager at IER Fujikura from December 2012 to May 2023, focusing on rubber molding. Earlier experience includes serving as a Set-up and Process Technician at Medical Elastomers Development Inc. from May 2003 to November 2011.
