Sascha Heller

Sascha Heller has extensive experience in operations and program management, currently serving as Head of Operations & Special Programs at IES Abroad since January 2020, following roles as Technology & Internships Manager and Internship & Special Projects Manager. Prior freelance work as a researcher has been ongoing since April 2014. Notable previous positions include Online Curriculum Developer at Social Impact gGmbH, Researcher at Bertelsmann Foundation, and Research Assistant at the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). Sascha's career began at the Human Rights Campaign, contributing in various roles for over seven years, and also includes positions at Wilsons Leather and an internship at the World Resources Institute. Academically, Sascha holds a Master of Public Policy from Hertie School and an Honors Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College, complemented by additional studies at American University.
