Jim Rutenbar

Jim Rutenbar has been with IES Engineers since April 2002, currently holding the position of Director of Engineering and Construction. Prior to this, Jim worked at Sunoco for over two decades as a Maintenance Manager. Jim holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA in Business Administration from Villanova University.
