Erin Spinnell

Erin joined IESC in 2000 and has more than 20 years of professional experience and 18 years of experience in international development. She has managed overseas technical assistance and capacity-building programs across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Southeast Europe. She has been responsible for program design, quality control, and a wide range of implementation activities across multiple sectors. As vice president of operations, she oversees IESC’s operations, systems, processes, compliance, human resources, security, monitoring, evaluation, and learning. She holds a B.A. from the University of Washington and an M.A. from George Washington University.
