Carlos Escario

Carlos Escario serves as Principal Partner at Huete&Co, an international consulting firm operating in over eight countries, with a notable background of collaborating with more than 500 companies and approximately 300,000 executives since January 2012. In addition, Carlos is a Senior Principal and Programme Leader at The Chalfont Project, specializing in Viral Change™ and overseeing major behavioral and cultural transformation initiatives. As the Founder of TACHA, Carlos brings extensive entrepreneurial expertise. In academia, Carlos holds positions as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, a speaker at IESE Business School, and a visiting professor at multiple institutions, including ISEM Fashion Business School and Basque Culinary Center. Carlos's educational credentials include a Master in Business Administration from IESE Business School, a PhD in Strategy and Organizational Transformation from CEU Cardenal Herrera University, and a Master in Marketing from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
