David Pereira

David Pereira currently serves as the Head of Data & Artificial Intelligence at NTT DATA Europe & LATAM since October 2021 and is a Founding Editorial Board Member of the AI & Ethics Journal at Springer Nature, where involvement began in June 2020. As an Associate Professor at ISDI and The Valley Digital Business School, David Pereira focuses on digital transformation and technology's role in professional training programs. An External Collaborator at IESE Business School since January 2019, David Pereira supports MBA students in practical applications of machine learning. David Pereira has extensive experience in leadership roles at everis from September 2003 to October 2021, including positions as Technology and Advanced Solutions Partner, Digital Technology Partner, and Digital Technology Director, where responsibilities spanned across digital strategy, IT architecture, and various sectors such as insurance, banking, and health. David Pereira holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidade de Vigo and has pursued additional education in business management and machine learning from institutions such as Esade, Stanford University, and Google.
