Iñaki Saltor

Iñaki Saltor serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board at Saltor Talent since January 2016, having previously founded and led the firm specializing in executive recruitment and leadership development. With extensive experience, Iñaki has overseen over 500 senior-level assignments across multiple regions, including Spain, Europe, the USA, and Latin America. In addition to advisory roles at Navozyme and Everesting, Iñaki contributes as a board member at Cookie Box Group and is a partner at Kennedy Executive Search. Formerly the HR Director at CELSA Group and Managing Director for Catenon in Brazil and Spain, Iñaki holds leadership and management qualifications from IESE Business School and an MBA from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
