Jacob Covey

Jacob Covey currently serves as the Associate Director of MBA Admissions for North America, Central America, and the Caribbean at IESE Business School, a position held since August 2021. Covey has a diverse background in admissions, marketing, and recruitment, having previously worked at Payflow as a Product Marketing Manager and at Wayfair as a Recruiter, where 240 new employees were hired under leadership in 2021. Experience also includes roles at Podium and Marriott International, focusing on account development and operations management, respectively. Covey holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
