Miriam Gonzalez has substantial experience in management and operations within educational and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Manager of the Contact Center in Marketing & Communications at IESE Business School since January 2022, Miriam previously held the position of Recruitment and Admissions Manager for the MBA & MiM Programs at the same institution from January 2007 to August 2021. Prior to that, Miriam worked as a Cruise Line Manager for MacAndrews, overseeing business development and shoreside services in Spain and Portugal. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Purser in the Hotel Department for Princess Cruises and in Front Desk Operations at Disneyland Paris. Academic credentials include focused programs in leadership and negotiation from IESE Business School, complemented by a Hotel & Tourism Management Degree from Universidad Escuela de Turismo in Spain.
