Rafal Pasierbek

Rafal Pasierbek is an experienced risk management professional currently serving as a Business Senior Risk Officer for Equities at Citi since July 2023. Rafal also holds a position as a Board Member for the Alumni Chapter CEE & UK at IESE Business School since November 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Programme Manager for Risk Management Transformation at HSBC, where strategic leadership was provided to enhance Model Risk Management and Global Risk Strategy from November 2019 to June 2023. As a Programme Manager and Subject Matter Expert in Market Risk Management at Deutsche Bank from April 2017 to October 2019, Rafal led transformative initiatives involving P&L Attribution under FRTB. Previous roles include Senior Manager in Risk Advisory at Deloitte LLP, where a focus on developing Traded Risk propositions was evident, and Senior Consultant in Risk and Capital Markets at PwC, emphasizing expert advice and solution design.
