Teresa Gratacós Alfageme

Teresa Gratacós Alfageme currently serves as the Head of MiM Career Management and Associate Director for Diversified Industries at IESE Business School since January 2024. Teresa is also an European Union Attaché, engaged in Public Policy Research and Government Affairs within the European Union since March 2023. Additionally, since January 2019, Teresa has held the position of Young Civic Leaders Scholarship Holder at Fundación Tatiana Pérez de Guzmán el Bueno. Past roles include Head of Sales and Head of Global Delivery at Nova Talent, Senior International Consultant at Randstad España, and various positions at The Adecco Group and the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Teresa's educational credentials include post-graduate studies at Harvard University and Georgetown University, along with a double major in International Relations and International Economics & Translation and Interpreting from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
