Tricia Kullis

Tricia Kullis has extensive experience in executive education and talent development, currently serving as the Executive Director of Custom Solutions at IESE Business School since June 2015, having previously held roles including Director of International Custom Programs and Director of Custom Programs. Prior to her tenure at IESE, Tricia worked at Puig as Corporate Talent Development Director from June 2011 to June 2015, and held various positions at IESE Business School from September 2003 to July 2011, including Program Director for the Global Executive MBA. Tricia's experience also includes managerial roles at Visteon and Dwellworks. Tricia holds a Global EMBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from the University of Michigan, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii.
