Coppélia Mille

Coppélia Mille is the founder of IL ETAIT UNE VOIE since January 2014, providing coaching services for school orientation and academic success to students at various educational levels. Currently, Coppélia serves as a Career Advisory facilitator at IÉSEG School of Management, leading courses focused on professional project development. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Trusteam Finance from March 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included recruitment and talent management, and a marketing leadership position at SFR from January 2002 to October 2013, overseeing beta-testing platforms and product development. Early career experience includes a Product Manager role at Ubisoft. Coppélia holds a master's degree in Marketing from EDHEC Business School and has several professional coaching certifications.
