Mamta Bhatt

Mamta Bhatt serves as an Associate Professor and Head of the People and Organizations department at IÉSEG School of Management since August 2015, also leading the Managing People and Organizations major. Prior to this role, Mamta worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from June 2011 to April 2015, and as Visiting Faculty at Indian School of Business between 2012 and 2015. Mamta Bhatt holds a PhD in Organizational Studies from Boston College, a Fellow Program in Management with a focus on Behavioral Sciences from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from R. A. Podar Institute of Management, University of Rajasthan.
