Maximiliano Marzetti

Maximiliano Marzetti, PhD, serves as an Associate Professor of Law and Head of the Law Track at IÉSEG School of Management since September 2019. With extensive experience in academia, Marzetti is also a Teaching Fellow at Harvard Law School and an Adjunct Professor at the Latin American School of Social Sciences (FLACSO), University of Cergy-Pontoise, and ESCP Europe. Other roles include tutoring at the World Intellectual Property Organization and holding various professorships at esteemed institutions such as the University of Turin and Universidad de San Andrés. Marzetti's educational background includes a PhD in Law and Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and multiple degrees in Intellectual Property and Law from prestigious universities across the globe.
