Jim Potter

Jim Potter has extensive experience in product management and leadership roles. Jim is currently the Vice President of Product Management at IESO since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Product Management at Optum from 2022 to 2023 and at Greenway Health from 2020 to 2022. Jim has also worked as the Director of Product Management and UX/UI at DaVita Kidney Care from 2016 to 2020. Jim has held leadership positions at Hostway Corporation, Hosting.com, ZOLL Medical Corporation, Intrado, and Ball Aerospace, where they contributed to revenue growth, profit growth, strategic planning, and team management. Jim's expertise in product management and strategic planning has helped organizations achieve their goals and deliver successful product initiatives.

Jim Potter has completed an Executive Education program in Strategic Marketing Management at Harvard Business School. Jim also holds an MBA degree with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University.
