Ron Hogg

Ron Hogg is an experienced CBT Therapist with a diverse background in mental health and addiction support. Currently, Ron serves as a CBT Therapist and Clinical Trials Therapist at ieso since June 2017. Previously, Ron worked as a SMART Recovery Facilitator at SMART Recovery UK from March 2016 to August 2022 and held various counseling roles including Counsellor at change, grow, live (CGL) and Addictions Worker at Addictions Support & Counselling. Additional experience includes positions as a Psychological Needs Practitioner at AXA PPP healthcare and CBT Therapist at Tayside Council on Alcohol. Ron began the career as a Development Worker at Churches Action for the Homeless. Academic qualifications include a PG Diploma in Counselling and Groupwork from the Centre of Therapy and a COSCA Counselling Skills Course from Rowan Consultancy. Currently, Ron is affiliated with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies.
