Shucheng Liu

Shucheng (Will) LIU currently serves as Head of Europe Datacom Standard & Industry Development at Huawei since 2011, with expertise in research and standardization related to Network AI, IPv6, SDN, NFV, and ICN. LIU holds multiple key positions, including Director of IP Industry Development and Director of Standard & Research in Network Control and Software Area at Huawei. As a co-founder of NIDA, LIU actively contributes to the APAC IPv6 Council and serves as Vice-Chairman of the IPv6 Enhanced Council at the IPv6 Forum. LIU has held influential roles in various organizations, including ETSI, IEEE, and IETF, demonstrating significant involvement in network intelligence and standardization efforts. Academically, LIU holds a Joint Ph.D. in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong and a PhD from the University of Science and Technology of China, where LIU also earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
