Victor Kuarsingh

Victor Kuarsingh is a seasoned professional in network engineering and operations with extensive leadership experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Managing Vice President of Connectivity at Capital One, Victor is dedicated to connecting people to services through innovative networking and software solutions. In addition to this role, Victor holds directorial positions at the Internet Society and the Internet Society Foundation, as well as serving as a trustee for the Internet Engineering Task Force. Victor has a significant presence in the IETF, contributing to various standards and serving as Co-Chair of the Link-State Vector Routing working group and Chair of the IETF NOMCOM for 2019-2020. With past roles at Oracle, CUJO AI, and Cisco, Victor has consistently driven advancements in Cloud infrastructure, data center operations, and engineering excellence. Victor's educational background includes executive programs in leadership and business from the University of Michigan and IESE Business School.
