Ian Baker

Ian Baker, EIT, currently serves as the Project Manager of Estimating and Engineering at IEW Construction Group, Inc., since December 2023. Previously, Ian worked as a Construction Engineer for the Municipality of Princeton from June 2019 to November 2023, where responsibilities included the preparation of construction plans, bid documents, and coordination of capital projects. Prior roles at IEW Construction Group included Project Engineer from January 2014 to June 2019, assisting in estimations for major transportation authorities, and an intern from March 2012 to August 2013, supporting project management efforts. Ian's early experience includes leadership roles at the YMCA, managing summer camp activities and before/after school programs. Ian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rowan University and an Associate of Science in Physics from Mercer County Community College.
