Jason Kealey, Eng., CFE has extensive experience in software development and franchise management, having served as a Teaching/Research Assistant and Software Developer at the University of Ottawa, followed by a role as Software Developer at Brookfield Lepage Johnson Controls. From 2007 to 2021, Jason successfully bootstrapped and led FranchiseBlast as President, focusing on enhancing franchise operations through innovative software solutions. In addition to work at FranchiseBlast, Jason held leadership positions at FranConnect as Vice President Strategy, founded Whirl Insights Inc. as CEO, and co-founded EZee Assist. Jason is an active member of the International Franchise Association and Canadian Franchise Association, serving on various committees. Educational achievements include a Master’s in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s in Software Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
