Brian B. Tarimo

Brian B. Tarimo is a Research Fellow at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, currently focusing on genetic modification of Anopheles mosquito for malaria control. Brian B. also serves as a Senior Research Scientist at Ifakara Health Institute specializing in molecular biology for understanding transmission biology of malaria and other vector-borne diseases. With a background in software development and teaching biochemistry, Brian B. holds a PhD in Molecular Microbiology from Nelson Mandela-African Institution of Science and Technology.
