Akansha Pandey

Akansha Pandey is an Operations Executive at IFANOW, where Akansha onboards new customers, manages and updates backend data, reconciles mutual fund data, handles client queries, identifies and resolves issues, escalates technical problems, and assists clients in understanding the product. Prior to their current role, Akansha was a Virtual Relationship Manager at Sitel Group, where Akansha maintained relationships with HNI and retail investors and generated sales. Akansha also worked as a customer service professional, guiding investors through the investment process and KYC requirements. Akansha holds a Mcom in Finance from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Chetanas Hazarimal Somani College.
