Kaishary Islam

Kaishary Islam has a diverse work experience spanning from 2019 to 2023. Kaishary started their career as an English Instructor at Mentors' in 2018 and then moved on to work as a Content Writer at Fraktal Creative LLC in 2019. In the same year, they also held various roles at AIESEC, including being a Team Leader for Product Development.

In 2021, Kaishary joined LightCastle Partners as a Content Writer, where they conducted market research and produced insightful articles. Kaishary then worked at North South University as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant in 2022, where they assisted professors with quantitative analysis and aided students in coursework.

Their next position was as a Communication Intern at Nestlé in 2022, where they analyzed social media metrics and tracked engagement data. This was followed by their role as a Product Analyst at iFarmer in 2023. At iFarmer, Kaishary collaborated with cross-functional teams to establish key metrics, implemented data tracking mechanisms, and conducted user research surveys.

Throughout their work experience, Kaishary has demonstrated strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to effectively collaborate with teams.

Kaishary Islam attended North South University from 2018 to 2022, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance and Economics. In addition to their degree, they also obtained additional certifications in Excel Skills for Business: Intermediate I from Coursera in May 2020, and Excel Skills for Business: Essentials from Coursera in April 2020.
