Iain Webb

Iain Webb currently serves as a Board Committee Member at IFAW since January 2025. Prior to this role, Iain held a significant position at Bayer as Vice President and Head of US Medical Affairs for Oncology from September 2021 to August 2025. Iain has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked at Pfizer from April 2016 to August 2021 in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Medical Franchise Lead for Prostate and Biosimilars and Chief Medical Officer (interim) within Pfizer Oncology. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Medical Director at Takeda Oncology from May 2008 to April 2016, and holding similar positions at Millennium Pharmaceuticals and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Iain's educational background includes an MD from Harvard Medical School and degrees from McGill University, the University of Toronto, and Marianopolis College.
