Manoj Agnihotri

Manoj Agnihotri began their work experience in 1994 with the Indian Air Force as a Personnel Officer in Civil Administration. Manoj served in this role until 2000. From 2000 to 2007, they worked in the Indian Army, holding positions such as Battery Commander, Adjutant, and Troop Commander. In 2007, Agnihotri joined The Oberoi Group as an Assistant Vice President of HR, a role they held for ten years. Since 2017, they have been working at IFB Industries Ltd as the Head of Human Resources and Training.

Manoj Agnihotri's education history is as follows:

Manoj completed a General Management Programme with a specialization in Human Resource and Marketing Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, from 2006 to 2007.

Manoj also completed an Advance Work Study Course in Operations Management at the Institute of Technology Management, DRDO, Mussoorie, in 2006.

In 2004, Manoj obtained a Diploma in Information Technology from CDAC, Advance Computing Training College, Pune.

Manoj pursued a Diploma in Weapon systems and Personnel Management from Behrampur University, Gopalpur, Odisha, specializing in Military Science, Air Defence Weapon Systems, Strategy, Personnel Management, and Information Technology, from 2000 to 2001.

Manoj holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur, which they completed from 1996 to 1998, specializing in Economics, Public Administration, and Sociology.

For their schooling, Manoj attended Army Public School and Kendriya Vidyalaya Lucknow from 1988 to 1993, focusing on English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

In addition to their formal education, Manoj has obtained various certifications and training courses throughout their career. Manoj completed management training from Dale Carnegie in 2015, SAP Training and Implementation from Deloitte Consulting in 2015, and a Harvard ManageMentor Programme Certificate Course from Harward International College in 2014. Manoj also participated in a Management Development Programme from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, in 2012.

Furthermore, Manoj has received certifications in areas such as Para Motor Pilot, Para sailing, Aqua Sailing, Para Gliding Training, Disaster Management, Nuclear Biological & Chemical Warfare, and Certified Marks Man. These certifications were obtained through institutions such as The Parachute Regiment (Special Forces) and the Indian Army, with completion dates ranging from 2002 to 2016.
