Sakthivel C has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing and maintenance sector. Sakthivel started their career as a Production Trainee at Applicomp (India) Limited in 2004. Sakthivel then moved on to BPL Limited, where they worked as a Maintenance Technician from 2005 to 2008. Sakthivel then joined Motherson Automotive Technologies & Engineering as a Maintenance Engineer from 2008 to 2011. Sakthivel later worked at Samsung Electronics as a Maintenance Engineer from 2011 to 2013. Since 2013, Sakthivel has been working at IFB Industries Ltd, where they have held various roles including Molding Operations Manager, Plant Maintenance Manager, and currently, they are the Head of Robotics & Plant Engineering. Sakthivel has expertise in machine building, IoT, and automation.

Sakthivel C started their education journey in 2002, attending Maruthi Polytechnic College. Sakthivel completed a Diploma of Education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from this institution, graduating in 2004. Afterward, Sakthivel pursued further studies at SRM University, where they obtained a B.Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Their time at SRM University lasted from 2009 to 2011.
