Sanjoy Das

Sanjoy Das has a diverse work experience in the HR field. In 2011, they worked as a plant HR & Administrator at McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited, where they handled recruitment, maintained a database of associates, and conducted inductions. In 2014, they joined Drive India Enterprise Solution Limited as a Zonal HR East, responsible for recruitment, database maintenance, and retention strategies. Since 2015, Sanjoy has been working at IFB Industries Ltd as an HR professional, managing plant-related statutory compliances and proposing work scopes.

Sanjoy Das completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Westbengal University of Technology between 2004 and 2008. sanjoy then pursued an Executive MBA in HR from Karnataka University from 2014 to 2015. In addition, they have obtained certifications in bachelor's and master's degrees, which are currently in progress at WBUT.
