Rushikesh Kendre

Rushikesh Kendre is an experienced professional in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as Manager Operations and Regional Operational Controller at IFCO SYSTEMS since December 2020. Previously, Rushikesh held the role of Supply Chain Analyst at Bosch from April 2019 to October 2020, where a master thesis focused on supplier flexibility in propulsion technologies was completed. Additionally, Rushikesh contributed to supply chain risk management and supplier evaluation processes during an internship at Bosch and served as Junior Engineer at Kalyani Industries Private Limited, focusing on data analysis in supply chain and logistics. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Engineer Trainee role at Bharat Forge Ltd, managing yield improvement projects and procurement activities. Rushikesh holds a Master of Science in Management and Engineering in Production Systems from RWTH Aachen University and Maastricht School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
