Janet M. is a project management expert and small group leaders coach with over 12 years of experience in empowering communities through innovative business model development and strategic financial management. Currently serving as a Senior BoP Marketing Specialist at the International Fertilizer Development Center, Janet has designed and implemented projects that enhance access to nutritious foods for low-income communities across East and Southern Africa. With a Master's degree in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi, Janet has successfully managed diverse stakeholder relationships and supported the growth of MSMEs, particularly those owned by youth and women. Additionally, Janet has contributed to capacity building efforts that promote equality and economic opportunity in various African countries.
