Hilla Hoter-Ishay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Country Director at ifeel, Hilla previously held the position of Head of Strategic Partnerships at the Israel Tennis & Education Centers Foundation. Significant contributions to Wix.com include roles as Director of SMB Center, where the development of a Community Training Hub for 8,000+ users was achieved, and as Global Head of Employee Experience, establishing a culture centered around employee engagement.
