Rocío Valero Hidalgo has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Rocío began their career in 2008 as an Account Manager at Inkomunikados S.L, where they were responsible for team coordination and organizing customer promotions.
In 2012, Rocío founded their own company, Misahir Comunicación S.L, where they served as CEO and Founder. Their role involved strategic marketing and publicity consulting for local businesses, including brand development, ecommerce, online and offline marketing campaigns, and content marketing. Rocío remained in this position until 2015.
From 2013 to 2015, Rocío also founded and served as Project Manager for Startup Ciudad Cosmopolita, a local guide and social network for sharing favorite sites and plans in the city.
Following this, Rocío worked as a Project Manager and Business Development Manager at Wokse Group Networks, focusing on the development of the astenagusia.com website.
In 2015, Rocío joined Grupo Eurotax Bilbao as a Marketing & Business Development Manager, where they defined, developed, and implemented marketing strategies for various accounts.
From 2016 to 2017, Rocío worked as an International Marketing Manager at Freeditorial Publishing House - INV & B CORPORATION. Their responsibilities included launching the brand, creating partnerships, and managing a team. Rocío successfully achieved international collaborations and gained 1,000,000 users on the web and social networks.
Rocío then became the Digital Director at Telefónica in 2017. In this role, they led the relaunch of the Non Stop People brand and implemented digital transformation strategies, resulting in a 500% increase in web traffic and important agreements with influencers and national brands.
From 2018 to 2019, Rocío was the Head of Partnerships & Distribution Spain at Storyous, a Czech Republic-based company specializing in POS systems for hospitality and business intelligence. Rocío was responsible for establishing the distribution network in Spain, creating a sales plan, and forming strategic alliances with key partners.
In 2020, Rocío co-founded Per-Sé BN, where they focused on partnerships and corporate affairs. Perseevents, an online events platform, was created as part of this venture.
Currently, Rocío is working as the Head of Partnerships at ifeel, an online platform. Rocío joined in 2020 and is responsible for managing partnerships and driving growth in this role.
Rocío Valero Hidalgo started their education journey in 2002 when they enrolled at the Universidad de Málaga, where they completed a degree in Law from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued further studies at the Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, where they obtained a degree in Journalism from 2007 to 2012. In 2011, they also specialized in Economic Journalism in the same university for a brief period. Later, from 2012 to 2014, Rocío Valero Hidalgo attended the London School of Business and Finance LSBF, where they completed an online Master's degree in Strategic Marketing.
