María Sánchez Sanz

María Sánchez Sanz has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Directora de Personas, Calidad y RSC at IFEMA since May 2017, María also contributes as a mentor for the Programa Mujer e Ingeniería at the Asociación Española de Ejecutiv@s y Consejer@s and is part of the Advisory Board at HR2HRConsulting. Previously, María held the position of Directora RRHH at FCC Construcción, where responsibilities included leading HR initiatives for a workforce of over 7,500 employees across 20 countries. Other notable positions include Directora de Desarrollo Internacional de RRHH at Isolux Corsan and Jefe de Desarrollo de RRHH at Ferrovial Agroman and Cintra. María's educational background includes executive programs at Esade and a Master's in Human Resources Management from IE Business School, complemented by a digital business program at The Valley Business & Tech School.
