Baker, MBA is the Managing Director of Lending at IFF (CDFI) where Adrienne H. provides lending and financial advisory support to nonprofit organizations in the Chicagoland and NW Indiana market. Adrienne H. also supports business development initiatives in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. With a background in commercial lending and business development, Adrienne has held various leadership roles in companies such as Capital One, Seaway Bank and Trust Company, and PNC. Having a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance from DePaul University, Adrienne has a strong foundation in financial management and relationship building.
