Shane Passarelli

Shane Passarelli currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Asset Based Lending at Texas Capital since October 2023, focusing on asset-based and cash flow lending in the healthcare sector. Prior to this role, Shane held the position of Managing Director at Ally from July 2018 to September 2023, specializing in asset-based lending for medical offices, senior housing, and skilled nursing real estate within healthcare. Shane's experience also includes a tenure as Senior Vice President at Capital One, overseeing lending to healthcare providers, and a similar role at Healthcare Finance Group, which involved structured finance and cash flow lending for middle-market healthcare providers. Early in the career, Shane worked as Vice President at GE Healthcare, focusing on asset-based healthcare lending, and as Senior Associate at Cerberus Capital Management, working on junior secured lending for distressed companies. Shane earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Virginia from 1994 to 1998.
