Eric Williams

Eric Williams is currently working as a Portfolio Manager at IFF (CDFI) where Eric is responsible for managing loans post-closing, focusing on monitoring borrower compliance, assessing risk, and mitigating potential defaults. Prior to this role, Eric held positions such as President at Homes R' Us, LLC, and Senior Director of Development and Planning at Far South Community Development Corporation. Eric has a background in real estate investment, community development, housing stabilization, asset management, negotiation, and problem-solving. With a Master of Science in Real Estate from Roosevelt University, Eric has extensive experience in managing portfolios, developing strategies, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
