Jen Kraemer, PHR is currently the Vice President of Talent Management at IFF and has previously worked in various human resources roles at companies such as The Adler School of Professional Psychology and Nico Holdings LLC. Jen graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Studies and Medical Science.
