Kellie Flanagan

Kellie Flanagan, CPA, has extensive experience in financial reporting, SEC compliance, and consulting, spanning over two decades. Presently serving as Project Resources at IFG - International Financial Group since November 2022, Kellie has also held significant roles at Highlands REIT as SEC Reporting Manager and later as Director of SEC Reporting since June 2017, and at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. since March 2013 as Manager of Accounting. Kellie's expertise includes investor relations, preparation of SEC filings, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and research on financial standards. Additionally, Kellie has consulted for various firms, led financial reporting for Tribune Broadcasting, and worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Kraft Foods. Kellie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University, completed in 1992.
