Anatariani Tanjung

Anatariani Tanjung is an experienced professional in customer experience and product development, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at IFG Life since February 2023. Previously, Anatariani worked at The Body Shop Indonesia, focusing on customer experience innovation and optimization, and held the role of Product Development Manager. Prior to that, Anatariani was the Head of Product Development at PayTren and a Product Manager at OVO, specializing in digital payments. Anatariani's early career included roles as a Business Process Manager at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia and an IT Relationship Officer at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk, where significant contributions to e-banking were made. Anatariani began the professional journey as a Lead Program & System Analyst at Bank Mandiri. Anatariani holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
