Kai Knudsen

Kai Knudsen is an accomplished design and customer experience professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience Design & Research at Eurowings Digital since July 2023, Knudsen has previously held the position of Chief Experience Officer at Alpha Neun GmbH & Co. KG until June 2023. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Valtech included roles as Head of Design and Creative Director. Knudsen also contributed to the field as Lead Visual Designer at people interactive GmbH and gained freelance experience as a Senior Art Director from 2012 to 2017. With a foundation as the Founder of creativegreen media, Knudsen's career also encompasses various creative roles in earlier positions, including at Werbecafe and neusite GmbH. Educational qualifications include a Diplom Medienökonom in Medienwirtschaft from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, completed in 2007.
