Christine Roguet

Christine Roguet is a highly experienced Agroeconomist with over 20 years of expertise in the pig industry, currently working at IFIP - Institut du porc since September 2003, focusing on economic studies and benchmarking related to production costs and competitiveness factors of pig farms in France and internationally. Prior to this role, Christine served as an Agricultural Account Manager at Crédit Agricole des Côtes d'Armor, where responsibilities included analyzing financing requests from livestock producers and developing financing plans. Christine's career began at the French National Institute of Agricultural Research, contributing to the modeling of lactation curves for milk cows and completing a doctoral thesis in Life and Environmental Sciences on grazing ewes' feeding behavior, earning a doctorate awarded with honors. Christine holds an Agroengineering degree in animal science, agronomy, and economy from AgroParisTech.
