Brianne Gungoll

Brianne Gungoll is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at iFLY Indoor Skydiving since January 2018, Brianne is responsible for drafting and negotiating a diverse array of commercial contracts while advising internal clients on legal issues to mitigate risks. Prior to this role, Brianne was an Attorney with the Employees Retirement System of Texas, where responsibilities included drafting and reviewing contracts for procurement and creating agency-wide policies for regulatory compliance. Brianne also gained valuable experience as an Attorney at Chesapeake Energy, providing legal counsel on oil and natural gas assets, and as an Associate at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, participating in complex commercial litigation matters. Brianne holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from West Virginia University.
