Damion Grimes

Damion Grimes has a strong background in sales and technical roles. Damion started their career at Oriental Motor USA as a Technical Support Representative in 2006 and later became a Sales Engineer and Senior Sales Engineer. In 2010, they joined Cognex Corporation as a Sales Engineer. In 2011, they joined Coilcraft, Inc. as a Technical Sales Engineer and later became a Technical Sales Manager. Damion worked at ifm efector inc. starting in 2015, first as a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest and then as a Sales Director. Damion has significant international business experience and has successfully managed overall strategy and business development in their roles.

Damion Grimes holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Operations and Finance from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University, from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including RITx COMM101 from edX in 2021, an edX Verified Certificate for Business Foundations in 2020, and certifications in Conceptual Sales, Crucial Conversations, InsideOut Coaching, Large Account Management Process, Savo Smarter Selling, and Strategic Sales from different institutions.
