Paul Mircia

Paul Mircia is currently an R&D Project Manager and Change Management Manager at ifm, where they oversee change management systems and lead the development of new products in the process sensors area. Previously, they held roles in various companies, including Team Leader Global Product Life Cycle Management at Continental, where they managed a global team and was responsible for industrialization processes. Paul also worked as a Process Engineer at Bosch Group Romania, focusing on plastic injection molding in the automotive industry. Their earlier experience includes data collection and team leadership in customer-facing roles.
