Mariana Klinko

Mariana Klinko is an experienced professional in project management and business transformation, currently serving as Program Manager for Business Transformation at IFM Investors since January 2025. Prior to this role, Mariana was involved in managing projects and mergers at CareSuper and Aware Super, holding positions such as Program Manager for Project Galaxy and Portfolio Director for Regulatory, Risk & Remediation. Mariana's extensive career at VicSuper included various leadership roles within project management and member services. Mariana began their career as a Senior Superannuation Consultant at the Victorian Superannuation Board. Academically, Mariana holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Applied Economics) from Victoria University, complemented by secondary education at Kealba Secondary College.
