Vicente Alvarez-Cascos

Vicente Alvarez-Cascos is an experienced professional in facility management and business development, currently serving as the Director of Observatorio FM since January 2021, focusing on international recognition of facility management. As a member of IFMA España since 2002, Vicente previously held the position of Ex-President of the Spanish chapter. With a solid background, Vicente worked at EULEN as FM Project Manager supporting initiatives in the Middle East and served as Barclays Bank's FM Account Manager prior. Additional roles include Director of General Services at ONO, General Director at Servimad, and Senior Group Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, with earlier experience at Lucent Technologies and Repsol YPF. Vicente holds a degree in Civil Marine Engineering from Universidad de Oviedo and a project management qualification from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
